I want to start riding a bike, in the park area nearby where I live maybe once-twice a week. I want to get a fold up bike because I don't want any of those ugly bike racks on my car. Any of you guys have any suggestions where to look, or what I should look for in a bike?

Are you trying to lose weight? If you are, biking isn't going to do anything.

Nah...I thought it'd be a good cardio exercise to do. I'm a decent weight now.

Nonsense, you just have to bike a decent distance.

I agree. Cycling takes about 3 times as much time compared to running.
You might as well jog. Whether you like it or not, it's the best form for cardiovascular exercise. I'm not crazy about jogging, but I love the results from it.

Anything that helps you burn calories will help anyone lose weight, but running is the much better alternative. Additionally, you work your core a lot more since you need balance and you support your entire weight rather than having your body weight primarily supported by the bike seat. That said, you should do whatever it is you like if that means you are more likely to stick to it.
