It's important that people out there realize that even though you exercise love your six pack squat numbers and deadlift numbers. It is important to treat your self. Nutrition plays a big part in fitness. I know I for one get uncontrollable cravings for chessecake or chocolate cake every now and then and I give in. It keeps me sane.


What are some of the things you guy's use to treat yourself or cheat yourself.

It doesn't have to be food it could be a new pair of running shoes or something.

I try to have one meal out a week where I have a treat meal, whatever that may be. This usually only happens for 1 meal, once a week. I'm usually in the mood for a pasta dish or pizza.

And it wasn't hard for me to choose what day it would be this week!

Nothing else gives me that sort of mental satisfaction, not even money as weird as that sounds...money for me = more food I can buy :smoker:

Sundays are my days to eat whatever I want. I dont go crazy with it, but I do enjoy myself. I get to kick it at home and watch the nfl and nba while eating some BBQ or whatever else I feel like. Sundays > any other day of the week for me :yes:

Cheat meal on Sundays and thats about it. I usually throw down a whole pizza (veggie toppings) or hit up Olive Garden and drown myself in Pasta.
