Yeah he has always been a low fat dude. But when he had the funny s-curl do 4 months ago he wasn't nearly as big. He has always worked out from my recollection so why the dramatic change NOW? Man yall need to stop being naive these rappers have the money for professionals to feed them this shyt in a safe and responsible manner. Not all big dudes are on steriods but the change is wayyyy too dramatic here.
To look like that just work out and eat clean....To look like that as quick as he did try some designer steroids and maybe some winny tabs to cut the fat and excess water.

Ya know I take my statements back man. I jumped the gun with my earlier statements and they were very ignorant. Alot of quality ab, lat, and arm work should get you there. Make sure to keep the diet in check and give it time. It's very possible to look like that. He's a pure ecto so he can keep a low body fat % so you may not look exactly like him but close.

It's a steroid...I'd do some research before you get yourself into that, if that's the route you wanna go....
I know some guys who use Stanozolol (winny tabs) and I can tell you that it is NOT the way to go. Its a steroid no matter how you spin it; just stay away. The side effects outweigh the benefits.

Nah, that's what your lats are for the most part. Just do alot of bent over rows and weighted pull ups (front grip). Throw in some HEAVY shrugs too, go for weight and form instead of volume.

i agree, Norton's shouldn't even be up there, imo. 30 pounds in 3 months is completely possible if you have the cash and time for professional training....
bale's is a bit more extreme, but i could see it too. he just doesnt seem to have that look most roid-heads have, particularly that weird vascularity.

But regarding his "plan", I think it's full of ****, there's no magic workout plan to gain muscle. You just have to go at it hard, and be consistent with it.
You can go on google and find plenty of these "miracle" workout plans, but at the end of the day, it all depends on how hard to go at it, not the plan itself.

Your looking for a quick fix man and it's not going to happen. MAX-OT is a good traing program from personal experience but it's not a substitute for time. If you are just starting to train I would recommend that you go to the gym and find the exercises you like to do. Since you are most likely a rookie anything will work for now. After you start to peak get a routine like Starting Strength, then take it to MAX-OT, then HST. Get your main lifts up before training for just hypertrophy. SQUAT, BENCH, and DIP.
