''Most'' of the sh!t dude ever rapped about was about smoking weed, drinking hennesy, bustin at cops, killin random n!ggas, and dying. :thumbsdow
I don't see why anyone could put him in there top 10 or top 25 for that matter. He rapped about the same sh!t. Name me one song where he didn't have the word ''enemieees'' and ''weeeeed'' and ''hennessssssy'' in it. N!igga was 1 dimensional. Mostly all the songs that he recorded were about dying or getting high.
Pac stans can't dispute this.

2pac's gift was making the listener feel his sh*t, he was never a lyricist like that, his gift was that raw emotion. and even though pac wasn't no nas/eminem/ghostface mc he could still spit when he wanted to, dont get it f*cked up.

"I saw the darkness when he rolled up that night"-Biggie
matter fact let me give ya b1tch azz the whole article.
Meanwhile, Tupac kept rumors about himself an Faith alive with vague comments in interviews like," You know I don't kiss and tell." But in "Hit 'Em Up," released this May, he does just that, telling Biggie, "You claim to be a player, but I ****ed your wife." (Faith, for her part, denies ever sleeping with Tupac.) When talk turns to his estranged wife, Biggie shrugs his shoulders and pulls on a blunt. "If the mutha****a really did **** Fay, that's foul how he's just blowing her like that," he says. "Never once did he say that Fay did some foul **** to him. If a honey was to give you the *****, why would you disrespect her like that? If you had beef with me, and you're like, 'Boom. I'ma **** his wife,' would you be so harsh to her? Like you got beef with her? That **** doesn't make sense. That's why I don't believe it." What was still mostly talk and propaganda took a turn for the ugly at the Soul Train Awards this past March. When Biggie accepted his award and bigged-up Brooklyn, the crowd hissed. But the real drama came after the show, when Tupac and Biggie came face-to-face for the first time since Pac's shooting more than two years before. "That was the first time I really looked into his face," says Big. "I looked into his eyes and I was, like, Yo, this ***** is really bugging the **** out." The following week's Hollywood Reporter quoted an unnamed source saying that Shakur waved a pistol at Biggie. "Nah, Pac didn't pull steel on me," says Big. "He was on some tough ****, though. I can't knock them dudes for the way they go about their biz. They made everything seem so dramatic. I felt the darkness when he rolled up that night. Duke came out the window fatigued out, screaming 'West Side! Outlaws!'

Hey whats the story about E40 and Biggie?

man all i know is that pacs music > everybody elses.
I dont care about his personal life or none of that. Cus his music was just classic.
He made a song about his mom and its a classic, he made a song about california and its a classic, he made a song about the struggle its a classic, he made a song for the clubs and its a classic, he made a song about the streets and its a classic.
He could make any type of song and it would be a classic.
All u got to see is that ur making threads about him 10 years after his death.
People still bump all his classics to this day.
There will never be another rapper like him again.

 damn right, some of these kids don't even have a clue
what people forget is that his body of work during his life time is larger then most older veteran artists. We've pretty much heard everything he ever recorded in some way shape or form.
So there's bound to be stonger and weaker songs. Given the post humous releases, Pac wasn't able to qulity control or polish anything. Plus, he'd write and record up to 6 songs per day. Saw it with my own eyes. We did Makaveli in 3 days, and this is WHILE he was also acting in Gang Related.
I hope there's no question he's the goat overall.
On the Henessy thing, Pac pretty much brought tha to the game, so I feel it's cool for him to wear it out, especially on songs that he may have never released if he were here to have his say.
When we were recording Makaveli, I'd say one out of every 4 songs was a banger, the rest were good to really good.
I've also worked with Cube, LL, Zibit, Nas etc. and they are great, I truly respect them, but Pac was more passionate about what he was doing, he loved it so much it looked effortless for him to write those and record those songs, dude was def on some super human ish.
Remember, he didn't punch in on most of his vocals, he'd write it in 15min, then go straight to the mic, and got impatient if the mic wasn't ready immediately. Many engineers got it up in there.
Bottom line, there is really no one to compare him to, not fairly at least, Pac was, is and always will be in a league of his own. You take all the pieces and add them up pound for pound, he's the alpha goat.

His mom - Dear Momma
Califnornia - California Love
Struggle - Dear Momma
Club Song - California Love
Streets - California Love
Come on man, same songs
And Jay Z didnt talk about the same sh!t? Biggie too? Them 2 talked about the same sh!t even more than u claim Pac did. And that same sh!t turned into popping Cristal, jewelry, Bentleys. I NEVER heard Pac rapping about popping champange, cars n jewelry. And if Pac did, it was hard to tell, cuz it was minimal. Pac, Cube, Nas the only ones I can think of right now who didnt talk about the same sh!t. They kept it diverse, especially with the message raps. And b4 debating about Pac n Cube, please include their early years in the rap game.
His mom - Dear Momma
Califnornia - California Love
Struggle - Dear Momma
Club Song - California Love
Streets - California Love
Come on man, same songs
mom - dear momma
california - california love, to live & die in l.a.
struggle - keep ya' head up, it ain't easy, f_ck the world
clubs - toss it up, i get around
streets - straight ballin', shorty wanna be a thug, my block
loss - bury me a g, pour out a litle liquor, life goes on
society - blasphemy, white mans world
knowledge - me against the world
battle - hit 'em up, against all odds
you must not have listened to any of his albums & only heard two of his songs!!! there's WAY more to list, this is just off the top of my head!!!
