I took 2 years off lifting . I still have a good base to develop from. ( Got a semi football built). I plan on starting Muay Thai classes next month or in January. Before I do so I would like to at least have a head start in preparing my body for this intensive sport.
My goal is to get fit and lean while still maintaining the imposing bulk that I have. Right now I'm following a strength program where I do three compound exercises( bench , squat and deadlifts) three times a week. How can I improve what I'm doing?
And any nutrition guide would be helpful thanks in advance.
