i like isopure...it's virtually tasteless... http://www.wholesalesupplementstore.com/zerocarbisopure.html?ipsrc=media&reftype=pp&sptype=ov
you can mix it in water.
I'm not a huge fan of RTD shakes, but I would probably stick with Met-Rx or Muscle Milk. Don't OD on the Muscle Milk though; too much Iron. I just don't see the Cost-Benefit of buying RTD's. I mean how hard is it to mix a shake?

You need to pick up a Blender Bottle; best thing since sliced bread for the workout head.

I copped mine at GNC for like $2 a year ago its served me well since then. Just rinse out with hot water, no need to completely wash the bottle right away.

If your drinking this post-workout its probably better if you mix with cold water. Protein shakes have come a long way in the taste department. There are plenty of powders out there that taste decent with cold water and eliminate the need for Milk.
I say to use water because milk slows the absorption of protein and this it not what you want following a workout. You want to get that protein to those muscles as quick as possible; water is the fastest way to deliver it.

i just picked up some muscle milk and tried it with water. its really not bad at all. alittle sweet for my taste, but it blends easily.
much better than the gritty garbage i was drinking before...
hey big h, quick question. your saying not to drink that much muscle milk (they say 3-4 scoops a day... funk that), how would you determine how much to take? i lift probably 2 times a week, 1 light, 1 heavy, and usually do alittle cardio afterwards, and then usually another day or 2 of just cardio during a week. you think id see most benefit if i just took it on days i was lifting, days i was lifting or doing cardio, everyday? and if you think everyday would be beneficial, at what time during the day would be best (meal replacement?) thank you sir!
edit. just read another post you had. should i keep switching back and forth from regular whey and that also?
