Best invention ever!!!

Makes pushup alot easier and doesnt hurt your wrist at all..
Nikka did 4 sets of 20 and woke up sore. Felt like i had a total upper body workout.. I didnt know that sumthing so simple could be so useful.. I bought it at walgreen for 20 bucks

Are you serious? Push ups with your fists or dumbells is free of charge...

Are you serious? Push ups with your fists or dumbells is free of charge...

1st off dumbbells aren't free. and pushups on your fists don't give you the range of motion that these things do. and if you consciously use them the way they're supposed to be used, with the twist action, you use more of your arms and chest than you normally do with regular pushups. you have to change your hand placement to get similar results, instead of simply maxing out doing it all at once.

so, with these you dip further, work your muscles harder, and work more of your muscles in less time...for about the same as it costs to buy a pair of 25lb dumbbells.

i got a pair of these from Bed Bath and Beyond in the "as seen on tv" section up front

you real talk doh.. i've been doing pushup for years ona regular but once i got these it feels like I get more of a workout (when you twist correctly). Works out my chest, shoulders and tri's more than a regular pushup. and only for $20 bucks. cant lose!

I would recommend it to any nygga thats dont have much time to go to the gym and is seriously trying to tone up.

I'mma have to get one to see... I was wondering from the commercial since I lost all that weight I want to tone... and all I've been doing is regular pushups and situps

shyt is real...just the added leverage you get from being able to dip further, cause your hands are up higher, makes the pushups more effective...

add in the twist and you get a more complete upper body workout.

Trust.. that's a $20 dollars well spent. When your down you twist horinzontal and vertical twist when going up. Do about 4 sets of what you feel comfortable with. I personally do about 15.. next week ima upgrade and do 20 a set.

Funny how something so simple can do so much.

I don't understand how they work out the abs.the pushup pro is a cheap plastic knockoff of the Perfect Pushup.

http://www.amazon.com/BodyRev-PP6000-Perfect-Pushup/dp/B000KDM3BG

review comparing them:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qDnAM10QvE

part of Perfect Pushup's marketing is that it gives you a "full upper body workout." i guess they figured that keeping your abs tense counts as an abdominal exercise and ran with it as a gimmick. the pushup pro people followed.

that's the real kicker that cat's don't seem to understand...

you can break parallel with bars, meaning you can go past the depth you reach by putting your chest on the floor doing a regular pushup.

the ability to go deeper, works more of your muscle, and works it MUCH harder...

spending $20 on something like pushup bars or some of these swivel joints is not spending it on something you can do for free...because you CAN'T get the depth and max out your range of motion on your hands...period.

but whatever...i don't work for these niccas and i'm not advertising them, just don't want cats thinking something false, like their regular pushups are the same as pushup bars or these swivel joints...cause they're not...you might as well be on your knees compared to these joints, doing women pushups...

yea man i agree and i feel the difference. these shyts are not for people who prefer weights over doing push ups. im into martial arts so being big and bulky aint my goal just push ups, pull ups, some free weights and running

I'm pretty sure they work nice. I just don't fukk with sheit like that. Free weights and cardio have been giving me results for years. I lay on the floor and do push ups.

you that broke?

Bed, Bath, and Beyond...and who GOES there to cop workout toys?:laugh: not the kid, I was there buying accessories for my newly painted room with my lady :laugh: it just so happen, i saw the shyt, said to myself what OsBoog said and gave it a shot...

$20...yea, i'ma miss that :laugh::laugh:

and it turns out, it was a well spent $20...
