That's some BS, you can get rid of it. Just stay on your workout routine and make sure to take in less calories than you put out. Eat alot of fiber.

love handles are just part of the male physique - dont pay attention to the images the media portrays - as long as you're keeping them relatively trim when compared to the rest of you, you are doing ok..
