Check the laws. As defined by federal law as a visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. There are also laws against photos being focused on the genitals.
Neither of these two things are in ANY of the pictures. In fact, a good majority of the pictures that are there are from the Myspace's of the girls whom have taken these photos and posted them themselves.
There is no exploitation. There is no nudity.
