That "Stuck in PDA" Fix Ain't Working

i set that shiit to SOHH Green and it's still all fucced up.

i just cleared my cookies, came back and reset it to blue. no change.

only thing the colors change is the bar at the top:

funny thing is it works fine on my iPhone. i didn't notice a thing until i hopped on the computer.
