Im sure alot of these athletes out here dont eat clean 100% of the time. Mostly because they are always exercising and if theyre not doing that, theyre playing...
I think as long as you compensate for the excess calories you intake by exercising alot, you can still be okay...
what do you guys think? are you guys keeping your diet clean?

i think it does matter...but i remember seeing chad johnson eating a large domino's pizza by himself on the nfl network ..he said he eats pizza all the time....but i guess its based on your metabolism...but eating right probably gets you results faster

Def. depends on ur metabolism
I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks (sprained wrist, no Topaz)... other than some muscle loss nothing's really changed, and I've indulged in Little Debbies cakes and fried foods

although everyones metabolism is different, it still can matter. sure that person may be able to eat 9 pizzas and a bucket of fried chicken and still look like a beanpole, but there is more to health than looks...
but sure, you can have a cheat meal here or there, and then just work it off later. its actually a good thing to reward yourself here and there with something you know is terrible for you.

false.
I know a skinny, older guy who is a very active, life-long athlete but he eats terribly, hates vegetables. He recently found out he has very high cholesterol, to the point where he is on meds now.
Even if you might not get flabby (esp in your teens and 20s), you still pay a price for bad diet in the long run.
Moderation is prime. It maybe a cliche but, true.
