Yolanda "LaLa" Brown (born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) best known by her stage name LaLa Brown was an American singer and protégé of Lyfe Jennings. She was best known for providing the background vocals on his single S.E.X.
Brown and her producer, 22-year-old JeTannue Clayborn, were found dead in their recording studio Friday night. Both had gunshot wounds and had been dead at least a day before being discovered. They were reportedly dating.[1] She is survived by one daughter, Amirrah Airreal Brown.
