I've been taking this shyt for the past two weeks and didn't intend on losing any weight (although I want to) and have lost 5 pounds while still following my regular workout regimen.


Anyone else use this stuff?

I just had my shaker of Chocloate Mint...I love this flavor..I feel like I just ate at olive garden..Gimmie My andes candy

Ive never had the light version although Ive seen it...does it taste the same?

Yeah I got the Cookies and Creme and the Chocolate Caramel ones...I noticed when drinking this after working out and in the morning that I lost weight around the stomach area

Cookies and Creme is that crakk music...

And if u blend a half of banana with the Chocolate Caramel, it cuts that "aftertaste" and it really good...

My man loves the Strawberry Banana but I think its gross :gag:

I never had the regular in the powder, only the premixed. Compared to the premixed, it's not as sweet or thick. The premixed has a slight aftertaste to me, the light doesn't.

Its a solid MRP/protein shake but just don't take too much of it. It can cause constipation due to the high amounts of Iron in it. I know too many people who made the mistake of taking this stuff 3-4 times a day and getting constipated for a good week. My sh*t would drop like literal Iron whenever I was taking it lol.

it says to take it 3X a day,they want you to take it before bed too

i have some w/ breakfast then again after i work out

They tell you that so it runs out faster and you have buy more. 1-2 times a day is sufficient; you should be getting the bulk of your calories and protein from food, not protein shakes.
