The answer seems obvious but are there any techniques or rep schemes I should use or is the answer simply to do as many push-ups as I can everyday?

practice and repetition is the key

off topic but I could only do one pullup, then I could do 10, then 10 with 25lbs on my waist.

its all practice

There's a lot of folklore out there about the proper technique to doing push-ups. A lot of people say you have to let your chest just touch the ground and then push your self back up. Others say that's destructive to the delts and pecs and you have to do those little halfway push ups like they do in the Air Force. Does anyone know what the true form is?

hit a fukkin gym and use some weights. you can do a thousand pushups and not get the same benefit as 5 sets of benching

It's one of my dreams to do 100 consecutive push ups. Why are you trying to rob me of my dream?

depends what you want to get out of it. If you want a Bruce Lee body, then those 1000 pushups would probably give you that. If you're lifting for size obviously the bench press is the way to go.

I've been using them for over a month now and I love them, you can really vary your workouts with these....
