to get in shape like them dudes from 300 can someone post the exercise and maybe some videos of the exercise what they ate during the training

i lost about 8, cant seem to hold food down, everythin gives me diarhoea, n i started with oj, then soup, then ribs n sammiches.

might do soups for a week, stomach cant take this

haha i was just sayin.
but really, oj day 1, soup day 2, i had a cravin n ate some ribs n stuff.
diarhoea, now im on soup and veggies for a week.
pushin out food with no roughage/fibre IS NOT PLEASANT.

Your first goal should be getting into a good routine in the gym. That includes weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise. You're not going to get 'ripped' in a matter of weeks... depending on how much lbm and bf% you have now, it could take years.

I'd suggest learning the basics of weight lifting first... bench press, deadlift, squat, and overhead press. Once you get a good foundation, you can try a routine like CrossFit (http://www.crossfit.com)

I haven't tried this exact routine but I've tried circuit training before and I'm currently doing it now and it kills you...

I want to try this routine for a couple of months in the near future.

My claim of "it works" earlier was in reference to the link bringing you to a site that gives you the same info the Men's Health article has....

50x Deadlift @ 135lbs DONE
50x Push-ups DONE
50x Box Jump @ 24” box DONE awkward as hell
50x Floor Wiper @ 135lbs incompletehad to do it on the bench, bad idea.. only did 30.. hard as fluck
50x KB Clean and Press @ 36lbs (KB must touch floor between reps)holy toledo this is hard
25x Pull-ups13 and stopped
300 reps total

no...but i plan to after i finish my detox program - i dont want to try it to lose weight though - just to clean the system of toxins..i just found out about it..

there was a hbo special on 300 or something that showed how they got into shape...i forgot what they did exactly.

alot of them were already in shape though, which does take years.


and also some of those abs were cgi.

THIS WORKOUT IS HARD AS HELL ESPECIALLY WHEN DONE RIGHT.

especially the pull ups.. god damn, lifting your entire head upto your neck over the bar.. its the sh!t.

plus i watched all the actors train through another site, throwin huge ass medicine balls @ each other, playin volleyball with medicine balls.. they looked sick after each workout.. :eek:http://www.gymjones.com/video.php#
