My lifts are going down for some odd reason and it's not like I overtrain anymore. I workout 3 days a week and it's a very basic almost beginner level workout. Any idea of what may be going wrong? I even got a workout partner and that doesn't even motivate me.

You are probably bored, have you taken a week off, sometimes that can help...or can snowball to a few weeks off .

Maybe try to find something else u like, I know I use to look forward to jumprope after workouts...Im buying some shyt for my house now to change up the pace, I think that may help me, cuz I get into the gym, but Im not looking forward to it like I use to
