Well your max looks fine unless its a E-lift. What about working your legs and lower back, Squats and Deadlift? Those two movements will put lbs on your bench. I don't recommend just Benching. You will have a false sense of thinking you are strong. You need strong legs and Back if you truly want to be strong. Fine a split routine that include Deadlift, Squats , overhead press etc. Just work on form before going heavy.
AB training is kind of overrated. Having a six pack has more to do with your overall body fat %.
What are your goals?

Smoove_gg gave you some very good info there. I'll add that having a strong core and strong overall body usually minimizes the risk of injuries. And by having a strong body I mean, having a strong back(lower back-deadlift), strong legs(squat), strong shoulders(overhead lifts, e.g. military press and etc) and lastly having a strong chest(bench press).
So a combination of these lifts will at least make you stronger overall and give you a REAL sense strength and you'll feel stronger.
And I may ask, how did you injure yourself? and do you feel any pain when you lift(any exercise)?
