Whats the longest time you didn't lift weights for? I'm going on about a year now cuz of some bs i had to take care of but I'm bout to get back to it this week. Tryin to get back to where you were a year ago is some serious :thumbsdow

I been there, especially with my old job. Being out in the sun was tiring, so Id rarely get into the gym, then I just stopped going all together for about 7 or 8 months, could be longer

same with Diggy. about 8 months. I go like 3-4 times a week now. After 2 weeks, it will be second nature again.
