:gag: i dont wanna do this sh1t but for some reason i feel like i have to after the cleanse im gonna start really trying to get my body toned up anything i need to know before i start? i start tomorrow ill keep u guys posted everyday on process hopefully i will survive 10 days of no eating and constant ****ting how wonderful :thumbsdow

Nice avi. Big Ronnie Coleman is a true legend of bodybuilding, weightlifting and powerlifting. The weights that this man moves/lifts are just insane.
And to thread starter, make sure to get some light healthy meals in.

Let me testify:
I just came off of the MAster Cleanse after 10 days. I was shooting for 21 days but Im not bulid like that yet. This thing did well for me. During these 10 I my senses were sharper, my mind was clearer, I didnt shyt a lot because there is nothing in your stomach to shyt out. I lost 21 lbs. of mostly water weight. People dont realize how much water your body holds. People dont realize how food effects your body. I felt great at all times. I felt energized to where I was working out harder with more stamina. I displayed more patience and understanding, I just felt great overall. Now heres the catch, you have to drink lots of water and you will want to eat ONLY out of habit, not neccessity. Our body and mind is trained to eat, so hang in there when ever you feel hunger pangs to the extreme,drink water and have a small fruit because you shouldnt shut your body down that quickly. I'm gonna do this Master Cleanse at least 3 days out of the month from now on.
*Word from the wise*- KEEP YOURSELF BUSY!!!!!!! KEEP YOURSELF BUSY!!!
Because if you dont you will find a way to eat anything, dont give in! If you dont workout,start now! Watch how your skin looks after. Also PLEASE KEEP BREATH MINTS HANDY!! Your breath will stink and your tongue will have a nasty white film on it, keep a tongue scrapper handy also. thats due to all of the toxins leaving your body. Also when you shyt keep air freshener in your palms and dont use tissue to wipe, invest in baby wipes.

One more thing: when youcome off of the cleanse, do not eat solid foods right away. Start with soups and fruit like grapes and peaches. I messed around and had a burger and onion rings and literally almost fainted. That food came straight out of me and made me sweat profusely, I was a jerk because I knew better. That my testimony, but Im sure others will have different tales and experiences. Personally on a scale of 1-10, I'll give it a 10. Use wisdom and patience.

Keeping a diary is helpful through the process IMO.
take some time off work if you can, any thing stressful you should try and put aside as much as possible. TV sucks when ur not eating, too. But breaking it is the hardest part they say. I messed that up a couple times. I needed those cookies!!! um yea, almost fainted as well.
anyway, good luck... how's it going? you give up yet?

I did a 9 mile hike on day 8, but cant say I particularly recommend it
just listen to your body very closely and do what feels good but dont push urself too hard

day 1
am- had hungry all day, hadnt prepared the mind and jumped into it
evening- went for a light jog and did some jumprope 30mins(500 or so )
pm- slept like a liil girl
day 2
am- bowel movement
took a walk for an hr
pm- couldnt sleep @ all,jerked off twice 2 fall asleep. 1am
day 3
am-no bowel movement. worried, i did sh!t but it was like 3 drops of solid stuff not diarhhoea
lunch-did some interval training against better advice,30 minutes spin/rpm cycling class. Not sure if i was weak or put it in my mind not to go hard coz i hadnt eaten. Either way, i sweated alot, 2hrs left @ work. gotta stay strong

I understand where you are going with this. I didnt do this to lose weight,since I was fasting anyway I just decided to Master Cleanse and see how it works. Out of the 21lbs. I have lost,I only put back on 4 lbs. Now see I needed that cleanse because I had a awful diet and my body was filled with crap:yes: Remember I used to be 280lbs ? I now weigh 244lbs. and I feel great. This cleanse gave me more motivation to get my body right and to reach my goal of 230lbs. Thanks for the advice though.

day 5- sh!t my brains out. wow.
Day 6- bored @ work, kinda hungry. Its almost over, making it to day 14 will be good.lunch- went for a jog and run up some flights of stairs, 10 times x 6 flights for an hr

I'm gonna pick up the book and try this. It sounds like a good way to jumpoff my new workout program ive wanted to implement for some time now
