I have a pretty nice diet going on, and have seen tremendous progress thus far, however, I have yet to plug in veggies into my everyday diet. I consume fairly large amounts of liquid, plus my massive protein intake, [i.e. eggs, lean ham, protein shake, chicken, etc.] And honestly feel the recommended intake for veggies everyday seems tooooooo overwheming for me. Had the idea to just grind all those veggies into a "sausage" so I could eat it in one bite, that could very much so work for me, but was just wondering if any of you in here know of a "veggie / fruit pill" that is either "FDA" approved, or has shown to have great results by its customers.
Please provide websites, stores, etc. if you know of any such "pills" that exist.

i would imagine that if there is such a pill, it is nowhere near as effective and beneficial to your body and health as EATING or DRINKING your vegetables is.

+1

anything in pill form is not absorbed as well as the actual food/fruit/veggie itself, not to mention the benefits of the fiber, etc.

just eat your damn veggies!
