WTF man? It's like the homey Jay don't like to see anyone underneath him doing anything major. Remember back when HHID was about to drop? Jay had to come through and drop his comeback CD like less then 2 weeks after wtf? Now Ye gettin all this shine for Graduation and here comes swagga jackin' Hov, sleepin with the enemy [I Get Money RMX], droppin singles Blue Magic, and announcing yet another attempt at a comeback album.
Why you think Jay just can't see another brothah shine?

Nyggas dont understand.....CEO's live by hitting numbers in the 3rd and 4th quarters....Def Jam has a huge 4th quarter history....especially last year with Jay, Nas, and Jeezy....he gotta save face.

your looking at it from a fan standpoint and not a business standpoint. Jay is the president of def jam, at the end of the day all a lable cares about is $$$$$, and its jays job as the pres to make the most $$$ possible. So why wouldnt a lable like def jam release an album from one of there biggest artists on there roster ??? just so happens that artist president of the lable and one of the biggest hip hop artists ever !!!! they know everyone is paying attention because ye broke sells records ( especiually in a day and age where 60 thousand your first week can make you number 1) why not use that hype to drop another album and possibly sell even more units ???? def jam can very well have the two biggest selling albums this year not in hip hop but in all music !!! jay cares less about getting outshined, hes a business man and is about his money , trust !!!
