This is my first attempt writing a song. let me know what you think its kind of rough.

Starry sky at night pedal on the gas/ Mass pike at twilight gone in a flash/ Reach for the dial start to smile as I pass/ a station playing Outkast through my dash/ Start to listen on a mission to recall the past/ Reconnect to that nostalgic feeling/ because at times the radio leaves me reeling/ Take my cell hear Jay’s “girls” as I call you up/ then its Purple rain when I pick you up/ Just chilling/ Turn up Nashville skyline- its Bob Dylan/ Crusing on mass ave/ pass a yellow cab blasting/ Big Pun/ at a red light and when the songs done/ its Ghostface ft. Jada meaning time to Run/ I got a couple presets left to hit/ If you could read minds/ Like Santeria it would be sublime/ Too little time/ Before commercial break/ Devin the dude taught me the signs of hate/ Drive through pearl/ Just another tainted slum village/ pillaged by the world/ Hit the Bodega for some supplies/ Cool summer night and im feeling so high/ if BIG came on id be ready to die/ The radio fades away like the shades of gray/ into darkness/ Sign from above /and I in believe in a thing called love
