Cutting Gels

Anyone tried Cutting Gels? Do they work? I'm also curious about L-Carnitine.

All they do is remove water from where ever you apply it. The whole deal about it breaking down fat cells is pure bullsh*t. It's used mainly for last minute water removal; like contests, measuring, etc. Aside from the fact they cost too much money, the results are only temporary and won't do anything permanent.

Preparation H has the same effect when applied to the skin where there is excess fat/water. Bodybuilders have been using Preparation H for years now to shed water before contests... plus it's cheaper lol.
