Man this shyt is disgusting man. Niccas act like creatine is some amazing new shyt and you won't make crazy gains in a month it was just a placebo effect/feeling (like son im on creatine now). It basically makes more atp in your muscles to make you a lil more explosive and shove water into the muscles to make them a more anabolic environment.
Pros:
You will get more explosive power
Make muscle more anabolic
Cons:
None if you drink alot of water
If you want some crazy gains try this shyt http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/alri/war.html now it did fukk with my labido while I was coming off but it's alright. Be warned they had some controversy with this supplement because it has some compund in it that is a mild steroid. I knew something was going on because the shyt works too well.
I use this creatine http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/pump.html and this on off days http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/creatine.html
IMO anyone lifting weights should supplement with creatine.

I hear people have kidney problems with it, but it sounds like motherfukekrs don't drink enough water. I've always drank a lot of water so I should be skraight, gonna try to do about 1/2 a gallon a day or so.

I personally drink about 1.5 - 2 gallons of water a day. Some people say they have kidney problems but it has never been proven to cause them.
Taking in enough water lowers the possibility of Kidney damage, but the same can be said for any supplement you take. You NEED enough water to assist the Kidneys in passing that junk through your system.
Creatine itself is nothing special, its found in beef and chicken, manufacturers were just smart enough to deliver it in supplement form.
Regular Mono is feasible for some, but others require Creatine in more potent forms to see the effects. It's the same Creatine, just more effective in delivery.

Good info doggies
My nexperince with it was average at best. Had alot of gas and turned my boo boo green. Yeah, I said it boo boo......Anyway, using low fat milk or water helps to ease tjhe lactose issue. I still believe that creatine is overrated, high priced and over used. Changing your standard dietary habits should be suffice. Protein!!! Eat it all day for better results.
