i never lifted legs before but im about to start, im buying a gym that has spotters so i can squat & some plates come with it,not sure how much, but i also have a 300 lb. plate set, & i have dumbells up to 100 lbs.
i wanna do legs once a week so whats a good routine to start?

You wanna get calves and hamstrings in too...
Here's my routine:
4-5 sets of squats
4 sets of leg extensions
4 sets of hamstring curls
4 sets of seated calf raises
By the time I finish this I'm dead. My legs are tingly as fukk right now and I did legs Saturday

add stiff leg deadlifts and **** squats to this and you have a great leg program

did this yesterday afternoon.. im dyin today. could barely walk back to work.
today im doing an RPM/Spin/Cycling class for 30 mins(HIIT/Interval Training) then biceps.
