I'm with you, I'm never sore after chest or back day. My legs are still dead from Saturday thoguh
ur not supposed to get sore unless ur a new weight lifter
You might want to try to increase your bench weight by 20lbs.Dcrease the reps to 8-10. Its good to increase wieght in all areas, atleast 10lbs a week.
Stop slackin nigguh!!!

i dont know how much you should be squatting, but i know you can def. do more than 80 lbs (without hurting yourself) if you push yourself.
try to do 135 and work your weigh up, you wanna at least squat your weight

Its always been my mentallity and something thats been passed down to me by those who originally schooled me on weight lifting that after a good work out you should feel some soreness as you should have ripped a lot of your muscle, I dont mean crippled in a bed writhing in agony but Ive always tried to get to a point where I can tell for a good 10-15 hours afterwards that Ive done a long workout. The most obvious thing to try is cranking up the weights and seeing where that takes you
Also youve posted your workout but that doesnt mean much, you could be 6'5 400 lbs lifting that for a warm-up  or 5'2 and pushing yourself to the limit lifting that

The "soreness" that you speak about that happens sometimes is called Delayed On-set Muscular Soreness (DOMS for short). However, its more common to happen after working out for the first time coming out of a time off from the weights. Or when you really go for it in a workout, meaning you go really heavy. Afterwards you'll have DOMS, for sure.
And by the way, this soreness is not supposed to be really painful and shouldn't last long eighter(on average it lasts about 3 to 4 days).
