No real need to do ab exercises... you need to fix your diet, more protein less carbs
Your diet may need some work. Doing exercise is less than half the battle; your diet has to be on point as well. If your running 4-5 times a week but still eating Burger King and Ice Cream you ain't gonna see any results.

Don't listen to those guys. You need to build your stomach mucles better. it's like having a firm arm arm but no definition. You got muscle but u not cut u have to do other types of exercises

Ignore this bullsh*t. People who train abs WITHOUT adjusting their diet just end up with BIGGER stomachs, abs don't just magically pop out from underneath fat, are you stupid? You gotta remember that fat and muscle are two different things and are layered. Building muscle just makes it stick out even more.
Change your diet, drop the fat, and THEN focus on serious ab training. You won't see results any other way.

c/s. To the thread starter.....what do you eat on a typical day?
How long do you run? Basically, the abdominal is the last area to lose fat (eventhough there is no such thing as spot fat reduction) and the overwhelming majority of people don't have the discipline to get the 6-8 pack. Ignore the dumb $hit in the thread about diet not meaning...I personally look at it as 70-80% diet and 20-30% exercise.

You shouldn't go veggie, you should just adopt a healthy, balanced diet.

fix your diet (lower your bodyfat)...there are no ab exercises in the world that can spot reduce fat....
