Ideal weight range is 172 - 189.2 lbs. (78.2 - 86 kg.).
You are overweight by 30.8 lbs. (14 kg.). thanks alot

to me, a much better gauge of where you should be physically is in terms of percentage of fat on your body rather than weight, because you can be a big dude with barely any fat on you, and its much better than being a skinny limp noodle but flabby
but if you work hard and get down to 190, both will work themselves out
300. fat is the new soulja boy.

I have attributes that are nearly comparable to yours.
Same height, same weight (well, fluctuates from 220-225), but i'm a tad older (25).
Even though most of my mass is muscle (and my frame is quite proportional), by medical standards, I am considered "overweight". But like home dude said, BMI/body fat % is the only way of accurately assessing whether you need to really diet/exercise more or you just a big bulky dude like me.
Ideally, somebody your age and height should be at around 170-180 to be considered healthy, but that's such a plain and vague number; it's skewed like a mothafukka because everybody has a different composition and structural make-up. There shouldn't be a universal/set number for each age/height group. Discriminatory if you inquire me about it.
Just do you fam. If you look good and feel healthy, ain't nobody gonna tell you nothing. I'm at that point right now (just wish i had the confidence to approach women, i'd be straighter than a hi-rise - and you don't need a shovel to dig that).

Id say between 170 and 195 pounds
It all depends on the person
You can be 5-11 195 pounds and all muscle

Body structure plays a part as well. I have seen some dudes who weigh 200 lbs, yet look like they weigh 170. And I have seen some dudes who weigh 220, but they look like they weigh 260. Like Verbinh, I don't think there should be a universal height/weight standard because everyone has a different body shape and structure. Some dudes are naturally stocky while others are naturally skinny. As long as you're healthy (no high blood pressure or other health issues), then I don't think there is a certain weight for a certain height.

To me 5'11 220 and built is nice. Tyson was around that weight during his prime so if you dont have any problems (as in moving around and such) then its fine
