Im having a problem with my quads. I run a mile atleast 3 times a week. I go at a good pace and have no problems. But lately Ive been working on sprinting and my quads feel tight as hell, like their pulling my legs back from getting into full stride. And its only when sprinting not when pacing myself in the distance runs. No stretch I do seems to work. What could be the problem? Does it have to do with my leg exercises? Thanks for any info yall got
