Hittin 325lbs on that bench maufukkas....Foreal, props to the fitness heads and all advice given. I keep banging out goals set and lovin it.

Its good, its been a long time coming though. My next sheit is 350 in 3-4 weeks.
No workout homey either(minus random spotter). I get solid feed back in this forum.

Damn, that's a ****in' huge plateau. Congratulations. Setting goals helps me out too. I just got up to 205, aiming for 250 by the end Thanksgiving.

Fa sho, I started at ten reps of 135. Kept to a full body workout and went hard every Friday. Increasing the weight 10 lbs every 5 days paid off.

Damn that's some real shyt. I'm making gains w/deads and squats but gettin nowhere with the bench, I'mma try your shyt out. Thanks for the tip
