Why are traps so hard to strain. I increased the weight and reps. What kind of weight and reps do yall fukk with for traps?

Why are traps so hard to strain. I increased the weight and reps. What kind of weight and reps do yall fukk with for traps?
i usually do 4 exercises for traps
upright rows close grip 3 sets 10-12,starting with 115 lbs and going up in weight.
Dumbell shrugs 4 sets 10,8,8,6 starting with 90lb dumbbells and moving up to 120 lb dumbbells.
Behind the back barbell shrugs 3 sets 8-12,starting with 245lbs and going up to 315 lbs.
seated inclilne dumbbell shrugs 3 sets 8-12,starting with 60 lb dumbbells and going up in weight.

You killing it......Why can traps take that kind of abuse though?
