Sobe -Green Tea

Anyone else drink this sh1t? I swear the sh1t gets me focused as hell. I heard green tea is good for you and sh1t,butI never expected to feel a difference .Im a start drinking the sh1t before classes and sh1t, cause it kinda zones me in. Its not the caffeine either cause sodas and regular tea never have me feelin like that.

ive been on the green tea tip for awhile. not sure if its really any crazy miracle drink, but combined with all my other routines, im feeling better than i ever have.

watch out for those drinks though. many of them have alot of added sugars that arent the best for you (especially if your attempting to loose weight/tone up).

brew your own and lightly sweeten it. for me alittle honey is tits...
