My cousin was released from prison swole like a bytch a few months ago. He came home a bigger, faster, and stronger goon. Now he done fukked around and beat his step dad up real bad and he on the run. I love cuzzo n' shyt but they should have never let this nicca touch a weight.

He got crazy as fukk since he got a lil muscle. Nicca walks around all day with his shirt off startin shyt with people. They need to take weights outta prison because they turnin out these type of niccas. I think Indiana is the only state that still lets prisoners lift and that's where he caught his charge and did his bid. He came down south and reigned terror on niccas.

they gotta release that stress and anger out somehow...better on the weights then on a guards face.

your cuzz would probably have those behavior problems whether or not he was swole though.

you cant take exercise equipment out of prisons cause in about 10 years when they start havin massive spikes in sicknesses and diseases linked to lack of exercise, here come the class action lawsuits.

if you really want to make sure they see smaller gains, the prison system can adjust their diet. restrict the amount of protein given per meal to help stop adding muscle.

I been saying this for years....but not to the effect of protein, but meat.

I GUARANTEE, if you put prisoners on a vegetarian diet for 5 days a week, their behaviour and physiology would change drastically

when i was locked up with my homie and my cuzzin in new folsom, i got 3 meals a day, same **** you eat, a burger, *little ketchup and mustard, little lettuce etc, little of everything*, somedays a hotdog, whatever ya know, just normal looking food, but from really low brand quality ****, food was pretty garbage for 6 months,

3 square meals a day, NOTHING else, sometimes 2 during the end of the month because we used to run real low on food, this applies for most prisons.

i had a nice supply of water though, so basically, all my homies that lifted would have routines man, run 5+ miles, pushups when your in the cell, situps, etc, and when you hit the yard just LIFT, LIFT LIFT LIFT, start light and just do reps crazy, when your in the pen you got nothing to do, but be active, play basketball, run, do your own excersise, and lift.

a lot of the time me and homie used to bet cartons *of **** we earned in the pen by working* cigarettes, etc. and just push it, whoever hit 20 reps won etc.

other then that, just sitting there working out to the bone doing any excersise and physical activity you can think of, or hittin the bech just pushing yourself, when i pushed myself it was a way for me to stop thinking because thinking about my life really drove me crazy.

now, everyone doesent come out swole as ****, but they do add on a lot of muscle, you guys should know, everyone in the pen is starving, only way we got snacks was to work for a couple weeks to get a lil pack of oreos or somethin, other then that, you just ate 3 square meals, 2 square meals, and drank water a lot and hit the **** playing ball, gym, anything physical whenever you can.

and a lot of people say dont push yourselves, we did exactly that, pushed ourselves, to test our mental strength to the fullest, beyond lines you can imagine outside the walls.

instead of 10 reps, do like 50, just push yourself to the max, also usually everyone who hits the weights always has a routine, like when me and my cousin first hit the pen, we used to first run bout 3 miles, do 100 sit ups and pushups, play ball, and start doing our own routine with weights, eventually we started doing 120 pushups, etc etc, and usually we just ran 3 miles but always tried to run it faster etc.

i know swole ass muthafukkas who were running 9+ miles at times, breaking em down and ****.


the key is we never ate....a lot of us were really hungry, but just washed it down with water, and just played ball, ran, did our own excersises, and lifted weights like hawgs.


ILL TELL YOU WEAK MINDED FOLKS A SECRET, YOU DONT NEED PILLS AND PROTEIN SHAKES AND **** TO GET SWOLE. HAHA

they put my cuhz lil roscoe from park village on a vegetarian diet for fun because he attacked a CO in his second year in the pen, he just got more violent and more angry, they put him on lockdown and whenever they tried sliding the tray in hed stab peoples handle and pull muthafukkas in, they put him back on regular **** and dude just went back to chillin.


most of the food is like crappy school food, but a little crappier tasting.

basically, because when you have so much time, you just do physical things to keep your mind off things, eventually you dont realize it but you just start getting so used to it in a couple weeks or months that **** gets easier and easier, because you really cant help NOT thinking, so you push yourself, push push and ****, eventually you notice yourself just lifting 20-40 reps of ****in 20s or something, just doing it... you just do so much physical activity and mentally push your limits that your acutual limits raise and you just start getting swole.


and i aint big or nothing, but i when i got out i had muscle, im a lil out of shape since 2 years ago, but when i went in i was real skinny, and even then i could mentally push myself to doing a lot of reps and pushing myself during ball or running, or doing situps and ****, eventually the soreness got to me real bad, when it did id take a sort of day off, by lowering my limit to like 1 -2 miles instead of 4, 30 minutes of ball, and still do a little workout, because if i just sit there all day, i can seriously go crazy, you guys need to realize that, EVERYONE in the pen pushs themselves and does mad physical activities, because everyones trying to keep their mind off things.

haha trust me, nobody fukked with steroids, we were all human and knew steroids made ya **** small n ****, made ya like a broad, we used to clown and make the dude who took steroids the b1tch, fools had dude walking around looking like a girl...**** was akward

Its not the weight lifting that made him go crazy.it was probably just his experience being locked up.im a C/O and down here in north carolina we still allow inmates to lift weights.as far as how there getting big is fairly simple.the have a decent nutrition plan(not what we serve in the kitchen but prison made meals),a decent workout plan(ive seen some guys workout 3 times a day) and plenty of sleep which use bodybuilders in the real world cant get enough of.
