Any tips for a beginner on which programs i should start out with to start producing and making beats? I have inexperience with everything and ive never dont anything. I was wondering if any *****s here can give me some tips on any beginner programs and tips

even thou I've used it for years a good starter program is Acid you can just paste loops till you get the feel of the program then go from there chop resample create your own loops if you browse the internet you should be able to download it for free
if you get ACID also get Sound Forge its a program where you manipulate different sounds and loops

I'd think about learning some basic keys/piano as well.
Elementary scales/pitch knowledge will instantly put you in the top 50 percentile of aspiring producers; avoiding nasty pitfalls of pitch clashing, intonation, etc.
Fruity loops is a good DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) to start learning, though later you might branch into cubase, nuendo, pro tools, logic or another more full-featured workstation down the road. Or not... FL is pretty much up to task these days. Just not as conventional or intuitive.....
Seriously think about some piano lessons though. By far the easiest and quickest way to set yourself apart from the average skillset out there of the 2349832409823409283490234 aspiring producers.
