i was told that if The truth is that you can gain 4 inches in one year , you need to take calcium 1gram with 40grams of sugar with it before you go to sleep every night, but don't sleep for over 5 hours since your body needs to go through the stress in order for it to realize it needs more energy for maintaining the active life style and it will in turn grow and provide more energy to accommodate the changes in your life
is this **** true cause i really wanna be 6'1 im only 5'11 right now :thumbsdow and i just turned 20

I highly doubt this this true. Your diet and nutrition can effect your growth to an extent, but not enough to make you 4 inches taller within a year.

I got a cousin that just graduated highschool this year and he's about 5 ft 3 and 90 pounds. Doctors gave him growth hormones for years and it didn't do shyt for him. If you really worried about it, go to a doctor and ask 'em to look at your growth plates and if you have any room to go up.
