Im Tryn To Loose Weight And I Need Sume Advice. Im Tryna Lose 35-40 Lbs. I Kno To Eat Fruit And Stuff But Dont Kno Wat Other Stuff To Eat Or Cut Out. And I Need Sum Exerdises To Do In Da House Cuz Its Hot As A... Outside.thanks

Diet- Low sugar, carbs, trans fat etc., caffeine, read meat, starches.

Drink water (all fukkin day)!......Eat turkey, chicken, fish, moderate fruit and carbs(change it up ie. sanwiches, soups and grilled).
All the greens that you want including veggies and nuts. Don't go too crazy with it. Have a cheat day or two. Keep snacks! Sunflower seeds, carrots. cashews etc. Turkey jerky is cool.

Excercise- complete body workouts are cool. Go to:

2-3 sets, for each muscle group and 2-3 different exercise types.

20-30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. M-W-F.

Weight training everyday. Fukk what you heard about takin breaks. Start out at a reasonable weight to avoid over training. Learn your weaknesses and improve.

Those are pretty much the basics.
