Loading isnt necessary in most cases. Im gonna start green magnitude soon.

dont take it. long term effects are not yet conclusive. i could end up damaging your kidneys. Key word is could.
why do u need it though. just take protien and the proper supplements. unless u a body builder.

u dont need to load unless u need results ASAP. youre wasting product.
its best to take it RIGHT after your workout
mix it with water or grape juice.
make sure to drink at LEAST a gallon of water daily (go for 2) to keep your kidneys from getting damaged and to help the creatine work better.
what kind are u using? i recommend Green Magnitude, you dont get the bloat and excessive water weight gain that u do from creatine monohydrate.:yes:

Wish I had read up here. I got creatine monohydrate (1200g).
I don't get why I would wanna take it right after I work out. You need the creatine to boost strength during a workout from what I've read.
*EDIT* Damn I'm hearing a lot about kidney failures with this shyt. I dunno, I might not fugg widdit

yea u can take it prior to workout to help u be stronger for ur workout.
but IMO after workout is better, cus thats when your insulin levels spike, so your muscles absorb the creatine better, which equals better results.
all you have to do is make sure u drink AT LEAST a gallon of pure water daily and yo kidneys'll be good money.
its cause most people are stupid and uneducated on creatine and dont drink alot of water with it, so they end up damaging their kidneys.
if u bodybuild u should be drinking that much water anyway. cus the massive amounts of protein u supposed to be taking also takes a toll on your kidneys if u dont drink enuff water. its the same deal

Dogg u should read up more on creatine on bb.com. Most people take it post workout. Its not really an energy booster. What it does is volumize the muscles so they can hold more water.
If I were you id skip the monohydrate and take something better. Thats the old school creatine that isnt absorbed by the body very well. You can try taking it with grape juice to aid absorption, but I got zero results with it. Theres way better creatine supps out there.

never again. i took about 2 yrs ago. it makes me tired and lazy and not want ot work. i had to make myself go and workout after takin' that shyt.
