I agree that 7 Day Theory is better. Here's why;

Life After Death has corny Mad Rapper skits with no reply value that ruin the flow of the album.

7 Day Theory has that church bell theme throughout the LP that makes the album gel together.

Song-for-song Life After DEath probably has more heat (then again, its a double LP so it should have more heat), but as an album, 7 Day Theory gels together better
