I'm not really bulking or cutting, so I don't see a need for whey protein or any of that.

Casein proteins are a delayed blend of protein shakes. Instead of being absorbed quickly, casein takes hours to be fully absorbed. Meal replacements, like Muscle Milk, tend to have some casein. These are best taken when you're going to go a long time without eating. It's ideal to take a casein protein before bed.
Whey protein is hands down the best to take after a workout.

Well Animal Flex is probably unnecessary... I just wanted to try it and see if it makes my shoulder clicking problem any better.

You can find BCAAs in protein shakes, ON 100% Whey for example. The carbs you would lose switching from Cytogainer to ON can be easily regained from cheap food.
Also has it made your shoulder click go away? My right shoulder clicks all the time. Not painful, but very annoying.

I take really no supplements I use herbaceuticals. Herbaceutical 1. An organic compound administered with the intention for ingestion into the body to provide nutrition (nourishment) via essential nutrients and assimilated to provide energy and to promote the Growth, Repair, and Maintenance essential for sustaining life. 2. Food
Things like Acerola Cherries, Rose Hip seeds, Hibiscus flowers etc..(capsule form) along with iron like nettle, burdock, yellow burdock, alfalfa and etc. They have me feeling GOOD and plus taking them with eating a good diet keeps you free from chronic illness.

I take my Cytogainer (protein, creatine, glutamine, BCAA, etc) pre and post workout and I use PW to keep my endurance up during workout. It's definitely worth it, imo.
My shoulder clicking hasn't gotten any better. I'm pretty sure it's a rotator cuff issue now. My right shoulder hurts when I do incline presses and lateral raises. I'm probably not gonna re-up on Animal Flex after this can but I would imagine there's nothing wrong with taking it for other benefits.

Have you seen any results with CLA? I bought a bottle but from reading the studies behind it, it seems like the results probably won't be that visible unless you were obese.

I'm tellin you dudes, most of those shoulder problems I've encountered are just due to poor flexibility. This is a GREAT exercise to increase shoulder flexibility. You can use a stick, or a towel. Start with your hands in a wide grip, and as you get better bring your hands closer together. Do like 25-50 of these before you do an upper body workout and you'll notice a big difference.

All you dudes taking Muscle Milk need to step up to a real protein. It's not about taste.
Currently using:
ON Multivitamin
ON Whey
ON BCAAs
ON Waxy Maize
Creakic
Caffeine
I've used NOXplode in the past, but won't again. It makes your heart feel like it's going to explode. Also used to use Muscle Milk, ON Casein, Isopure, GNC Whey Isolate.
The absolute essentials IMO are whey and creatine. Outside of those two, I haven't noticed much from the other stuff.

lol I wanna know what's a "fake protein"
Nothing is wrong with Muscle Milk as long as you treat is as a meal replacement. Muscle Milk has casein and a good amount of fat in it, making it slow digesting. Kinda goes without saying it's not ideal as a post workout drink.

Yeah I read about that somewhere and did it a few times and definitely felt a difference. I'm always short on time when I go to the gym so I couldn't do it regularly but seeing this again makes me realize I should do it more often. Good looking out on the video too.
