To me, if you get picked as the official theme music for a WWE event (especially Summerslam), you have definitely made it. Especially if you are a non rock band. Usually they have legends like Motorhead or hitmakers like Papa Roach, Godsmack, and Saliva.
But this is a real good look for Elephant. He's not my favorite Dancehall artist at all, but I gotta give him props for sticking to his own style and making it. Too bad all that homophobic shyt went down.
And I think Kat DeLuna could be special as well. DR crossover artists? That's interesting.

Wasn't last year's Summerslam theme song that Fat Joe song, and it was another ridiculous pop song that I can't remember. Granted, WWE has a good music selection for it's events occasionally, but getting picked as a theme song means absolutely nothing in the long run. I don't believe for one minute that the people in WWE's male demo are actually going to buy Kat DeLuna's record or pop for her if she appeared at an event (especially if they run it in a smark city...lol).
