No ground breaking sheit here. I hate cardio like a maufukka. I have been doing multiple isolation workouts (for each muscle group) after quiting cardio after 3 weeks. Complete lifting routines 4 days a week with increased wieght (weekly), works. Strength? I'm fukkin with 305lbs (bench) currently. I ain't no pro.....but man fukk cardio!!!!
