I work out 5 times a week, I am buffed, but now I need to get cut and ripped. I know running and dieting play a part, but is there anything else??? Like pills and supplements???? They told me Myoplex was good, but I don't know.

Yo man don't mess with those pills man. Just the old fashion way pimpin.
Sometimes it can take months to weight.
There really aren't any fat burners worth taking anymore; just overpriced sugar pills that do nothing.
Losing 40 lbs. is gonna come down to proper dieting and continuing to lift heavy. Cardio plays a part but I wouldn't put too much emphasis on it. Get your diet in check first, start eating six meals a day, lowering sugar, etc.
