fukk it, i gotta get rid of this belly, plus the fat gainin on my chin and face.

ive been drinkin n smokin n eatin shyt for too long n its about time i got in shape.


aside from eatin fruit n veg what things should i do exercise wise?

cardio dawg, run, swim, play sports. Lift weights if you can. Smoking won't hurt though, unless you get munchies.

i gave up smoking months ago, but it was the long period i did, n then got the munchies n hammered tastey cakes n biscuits etc
