No homo to the thread title I always stayed in shape,I put on 15-20 pounds of muscle over the last few months. One day I noticed in the mirror one of my pec was larger and more fuller then the other is that normal or is there a problem. The larger one doesnt hurt and my sides feel fine but I need some help on this thanks and no homo.
Not everyone has perfect symmetry, but if its something that REALLY stands out then its possibly just a muscle deficiency. In other words one pec is not getting worked as hard as it should be. Try some one-armed dumbbell presses and things of that nature. When you feel the pump check the mirror and see if the lacking Pec is looking fuller and more pronounced, and more importantly if its even with the other one. If you've been doing mainly Bench Press this kind of issue can occur. Go with dumbbell presses instead and stick with it for a few weeks.
The reasons for this could be many but for most people its because one arm is slightly longer than the other which increases the range of motion needed to get the same workout. Many people have muscular and skeletal imbalances; its not a huge issue really... just one of the imperfections that come with being human.

Yea I mean small differences can be worked out over time, but getting PERFECT symmetry is purely genetic and hard to come by. This is why people like Arnold are so highly regarded. There are bigger bodybuilders nowadays but NOBODY has the symmetry that Arnold had in his prime... dude was on some Atlas type sh*t.
