Congrats, not many people can bench over 225 lbs. (without cheating) so feel privileged haha.

Well sh*t, you should be able to press 315 for atleast your 1-rep max in no time. Try adding 5 lbs. next week and then 5 the next week, and so on. This is how you get stronger, by progressively increasing the weight and resistance. The muscle has no choice but to adapt and strengthen its fiber. Keep the reps low though, 3-5 reps max per set with plenty of rest in between sets (2-3 minutes).

Whenever I start seriously weightlifting again, I'm aiming for 360lbs on the bench no higher. Congrats, I could never get past 300lbs.

i go hard (max out) every Friday.

Yeah, you mentioned that not too long ago. I've been doing that at a 10lb increase a week. I think adding deadlifts has helped alot too. Oh, adding wieght on my ab routine is getting crazy results. Hopefully I will be able to be at a 300lb chest routine in two weeks.

i can do 225 16 times on first set after warm-up...i dont fuk with one-rep max's...scared to injure myself aiming too high :laugh:
