I'm tired of putting so much thought into something as simple as eating. I don't wanna cut and bulk anymore. So i'm just gonna eat what I want and go hard with the weights and cardio. Who's with me?
**Off to eat me some white bread**

Haha, well I'm kinda in the same boat. I'm done with bulks and cutting but not because of becoming lazy, more because of time constraints. Maintenance should be the ultimate goal for anybody looking to be healthy. Bulking and cutting isn't exactly easy on your body; it takes a toll over the years and adds up.

Nah it ain't like i'm gonna eat like the average American but I would like to McDonald's occasionally. I haven't eaten it in a year and I wanna eat white bread and have an Arizona Green Tea. I'm gonna stay on the healthy side but not worry about how certain shyt will effect my macros.

just work that shiit into your regular diet yo.
like once a week i go all out for a meal and just get whatever the fukk i want. i still count the calories -> f/c/p and factor it into my daily intake.
say i eat a couple mcd's double cheeseburgers. i just scale back my calories on the rest of my meals. if im still over, i'll jog an extra mile the next time i go to the gym, or scale back my calories a little the next day.
in the end, the only thing that matters to me is that week in and week out i average 2800 calories a day, and burn off 300 calories a day via lifting/running. that way i burn fat without losing muscle.
why diet when you can just eat better?
