I heard it through the grapevine from marvin,
told me i wasnt a real father if my kids are starvin,
it hit me deep, i was shocked, it was kinda alarmin,
little production and not enough farmin,
a famine across the globe, see it with your eyes,
hear it through your ear lobe,
i fear no, man or god, hunt for boar, and fish for cod,
heavenly body, we all wish we had,
when some poor orphans wish they just knew they dad,
sometimes people moan of the littlest things,
dont appreciate beauty like the begining of spring,
dont appreciate they woman, so have affairs and flings,
appearance in music is what counts not if they can sing,
hip hops a movement, it aint about the bling,
marriage is love, its signified with a ring,
but we all wish to explode and make it big,
to the top, and not drop, so we must continue with hits,
but keep it elevated and stay consistent,
be relevant, help and be benevolent,
we aint all sin free, but to many man envy,
and thats exactly what is wrong with our country!

i liked the opening on this i thought with the marvin stavin farming flow was good and u strung multies like that throughout i enjoyed reading it i suppose i feel this piece was on a real personal level for u anyways above average so peace 1
