New York Radio Attacks Pt II: DJ Whoo Kid & Papoose Talk Reckless

First the (more blatant) attack came from Sucio Smash at the Squeeze Radio on New York's 89.9. Even more recently, Weezy Goldberg came under fire with Papoose and G-Unit's DJ Whoo Kid at his Sirius Satellite Radio Show.
Heads up: when Whoo Kid asked Pap if Dr. Dre did the beat for "Bang it Out," Pap told him that it was "Scott Storch-- same thing," right before someone said that Storch used to do beats for Dre back in the day. Whoo Kid followed that up with:
Whoo Kid: Don't wanna talk about that. That's a delicate thing right there. That's like my man Gillie writing rhymes for Cash Money... WHUPS!
Then came the preceding jabs:
Whoo Kid: We gotta let these people know about New York artists man. These *****s don't understand why we always be like, battling each other out here, b. That's part of the **** out here, man. They don't understand-- they all about unity and all that ****, down South. I think it's cool. But when you see yourself... you wanna team up so you can survive the next two years. New York, it's fight to the end, b. *****s rather be on top than be equal. 'Cause then you don't know how ... how do you compare artists?
Then Pap let loose:
Papoose: They like to team up cause they can't really stand on their own. *****s start sayin 'yo we need to get together' that's when they scared, man. And start talking that **** but they don't talk that from the start, when they takin they lil shots and all that. But when you start bustin they ass, 'we should all get together.'
Whoo Kid: The subliminal **** is ridiculous, man. That's one thing about New York, man. We know the subliminal ****, and *****s will see you. When *****s see you outside, and then you runnin like a bullet...BULLET! ...I don't get it dog.
Papoose: That Jay-Z verse was serious. That was real right there. [END]
If you didnt know, that verse that Hov spit could've been aimed at just about anyone, but it was most likely fit for Lil Weezy. And the interview didn't stop there. Click this link for the interview.
Obviously I'm not a G-Unit fan, so it's no surprise that I'm not at all familiar with Whoo Kid's show, but this is a funny dude. And that was real talk. I don't know about these d*ck riding NYC n*ggas that walk around banging Weezy in their whips-- certainly not around my way-- but where ever you are, just know that you better keep it to yourself.

NYC artists are good at tearing each other down, now they coming for the rappers in the South? Didn't they learn after going after the West Coast, now they want to go at 12 states?

50 calls Wayne a whore for doing features with anyone.

Cassidy during the Calvin Klein interview talks about a rapper who kisses his daddy.

Jay has taken notice, and says he understands why Wayne calls himself the greatest, because he is a contender. Jay says he is not in that place right now, but says Wayne needs to be.

Clipse says they don't battle rappers a year ago, but took shots at Wayne very recently.

Papoose interview is posted.

So those three rappers equal the entire East Coast now? Come on dude, just say those three rappers, not the East Coast. Because they don't make up the etntire East Coast. Anyway, Hip hop has always been about competition. So this shouldn't be new. I guess Jay, 50 ad Pap feel Wayne is worthy. I could care less, because I ain't a fan of none of them anyway. I do disagree about 50 calling Wayne a whore (for money that is). 50 has to be the biggest money attention whore of all.

Pap just did a song w/ Wayne and didn't say anything bad about him that whole interview, even as everybody up there was clownin' him.

Jay mighta been talkin' at Wayne- but it ain't like it came from nowhere- or did you conveniently forget the whole rant Wayne went on over the "Kingdom Come" thing?

50... is 50. Sometimes it's hard to tell if he's goin' at dudes or if he's just speakin' frankly. But I'll give you that one, cause 50's m.o. is always to throw a shot at somebody.

the Cassidy thing I don't know about... but niccas is lyin' if they say that pic of Wayne kissin' Baby wasn't crazy as sh*t.

and Clipse- same thing as the sh*t with Jay... Wayne got up in the magazine talkin' about 'em, they didn't come outta nowhere with that.

and how does four or five people sayin' stuff about Wayne = the whole East Coast? That's how sh*t gets started like that...

Their hating on Lil Wayne because he's hot right now. Im not his biggest fan but homeboy is all over the place.. Jay has every reason to come back at Wayne for the greasy sh*t he was saying in the magazine, Cassidy dont have a beef with Wayne, 50, Papoose and Whoo Kid are just flat out hatin because they aint whats popping on the streets no more. Pimp C and Willie D dissed NY n!ggas on Hatin on the South and they wont popping none of that sh*t about them because they know Willie gets down.

Yeah they got along well and made some good music together. They both work at an intense speed, we got 5 tracks done in 2 days, that's a hell of a lot. Pap was just a little offended by Lil' Wayne being so late for the first session. By the time the second session was done Pap was glad he worked with the dude because they created some good music.

^^i find it a problemt hat you believe a rapper is at the top of thee game. just off the strength of positive/negative discussions going on about him. what in the world does that have to do with this dudes abilities on the mic? zip, zero, zilch. nada.

and thats the main issue here. one guy says, "i'm the hottest rapper alive". and 18yr olds and under believe it. everyone else is thinking, "if you comparing yourself to some other southern snap/ringtone rapper. then I guess you are the bets rapper alive." but in comparison to other dudes still doing it. weezy sounds like a mental case, trying to buy exposure by saying something off the wall. basically weezy is a shock poster.

weezy on a sohh post topic: "I'm better then KRS ever was.."

everyone flocking to the thread to defend or burn this fool at the stake.

I kept catching bits and pieces of G-Unit radio on Saturday, but I did hear them keep saying something about Wayne. I thought they said that they wanted to hear the diss song but noone actually had it. They give Wayne mad love on that show because I have to suffer through his sh*t all the time (actually that's not true...I usually turn it or turn it down when they play Wayne).

I'm still amazed that Wayne is popular.
