Why cant i post?

I changed my email awhile ago and ever since i havent been able to post. It says i have to change the priority level in order to activate my acct. How the hell do i do that?

Ok i tried to activate my acct but i get this message:

This user's primary usergroup is also listed as a secondary group for this user. Please change the primary group or remove the secondary group.

What do i do?
