I'm tryna get my 6 pack on, and they are starting to show, but my stomach protrudes out a bit...i do atleast 150-200 situps a day, but i can't get rid of this shyt. What other exercizes can i do to make my lower abs flatter?

Get your diet in check, add cardio (ewwww), and add a 20-45 pound weight to your sit ups. Do that for 3 months and see what happens.

First off, some people just dont have lower abs that protrude. Blame genetics.

Secondly, its almost always the last part on your body that harbors fat. So you flat out need to get your diet in check and up your cardio.

If you did 30 situps w/ a 45lb plate on your chin it would be much MUCH more beneficial then 150 without.

Thanx for the advice...I aint got no gut or anything, and you can't even see it when i have shirt on standing up. I've been trying to eat better, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I manage to talk myself into eating double bacon cheeseburgers everytime.

It's been said, but Cardio is just as important as your workouts.

Diet and cardio are more important for 6-packs than lower ab exercises.

Genetics of course are very important.

exactly

However, there arnt realllly any excersises that will specifically do ur lower abs...actually the best thing for lower abs is caughing/sneezing lol i know it sounds stupid but its true.

Try doing a sit up and coughing...do it at home so nobody thinks ur worken out with the flue lol

But i think ur biggest issue would be the diet...
